Home poker blind-schedule worksheet
A blind schedule is a shared plan for which level is running and when the next one begins. Use this worksheet to write your own small blind, big blind, level length and break times before an in-person home game.

How to use this resource
- Agree your game structure and write the first clock time. Choose the blind values with the people playing.
- Add a row for each level and a separate row for every break. Leave the blind cells blank on a break row.
- Calculate each next start by adding the preceding row’s minutes. Include breaks in the total scheduled duration.
- Read the schedule to the table before starting. If play pauses, record the interruption so planned and actual times remain distinguishable.
The downloadable CSV matches the printed table. It has no formulas and is not an app-import file. Entered browser-tool data, when offered, has its own download button.
A worked example
| Item | Minutes | Starts | Ends |
|---|---|---|---|
| Level 1 | 15 | 19:00 | 19:15 |
| Level 2 | 15 | 19:15 | 19:30 |
| Break | 10 | 19:30 | 19:40 |
| Level 3 | 15 | 19:40 | 19:55 |
This timing example lasts 55 minutes: three 15-minute levels plus one 10-minute break. It illustrates clock arithmetic, not a recommended blind progression or a predicted finish time.
A timer schedule is not a finish guarantee
Ten 15-minute levels schedule 150 minutes of level time. A 10-minute break makes the planned clock time 160 minutes. Player decisions and interruptions can change how long the gathering actually lasts; the sheet cannot predict a winner or force the game to end at a particular time.
Keep the plan visible
Make one agreed schedule available to everyone rather than changing levels from memory. Label any change and its effective level. The downloaded CSV is editable in a spreadsheet, but it contains no timer, automatic progression, payout calculation or app-import contract.
