Poker level and break duration planner
Before an in-person game, check how much clock time your chosen structure contains. This calculator adds level time and your breaks. It does not choose blind values or predict when the players will finish.

How to use this resource
- Enter how many levels you already chose and their common duration.
- Choose the number and duration of breaks. All breaks are added to the scheduled total.
- Set the first clock time and inspect the resulting finish time, including any next-day offset.
- For unequal levels, use the separate blank blind-schedule worksheet and sum each row individually.
The downloadable CSV matches the printed table. It has no formulas and is not an app-import file. Entered browser-tool data, when offered, has its own download button.
Read the total correctly
Six 15-minute levels contain 90 minutes of level time. Two 10-minute breaks add 20 minutes, giving a scheduled total of 110 minutes. A start at 23:00 therefore gives a planned end at 00:50 the next day. This is arithmetic, not a recommended structure.
A schedule can change
If the gathering pauses, the original plan and actual clock diverge. Record the pause and communicate the revised timing. The calculation cannot predict eliminations, game length or a winner.
