Terms for Kovi Apps

Apple license

When a Kovi app is made available through Apple’s App Store, it is licensed, not sold. Unless its product page expressly supplies a different agreement, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement governs the license and addresses maintenance, warranties, liability, governing law, and Apple’s third-party beneficiary rights.
