Printable domino score sheet for two teams

Keep a physical domino match readable with one row per hand and separate columns for the points earned and the running totals. This sheet works as a manual ledger: your table agrees the rules and decides what each hand scores.

Team A: ______________ Team B: ______________ Target / rules: ______________

How to use this resource

  1. Name the teams and agree the target, blocked-hand procedure, bonuses and tie handling before the first hand.
  2. After each hand, agree the points aloud. Enter them in the points columns, using zero only when the team actually earned no points.
  3. Add each team’s points to its previous total. Keep the previous rows so someone can check the calculation.
  4. If you correct a hand, note the correction and recalculate later totals. Keep the original explanation of the change.

The downloadable CSV matches the printed table. It has no formulas and is not an app-import file. Entered browser-tool data, when offered, has its own download button.

A worked example

A worked example
HandA pointsB pointsA totalB total
1180180

3702512

An arithmetic example only: Team A adds 18 and then 7; Team B adds 12. These numbers do not define a regional scoring rule.

Points per hand and match totals do different jobs

The points columns explain the latest hand. The total columns answer who is ahead in the match. Recording both avoids having to reconstruct a disputed score from memory. If you use the CSV in a spreadsheet, totals are manual until you add your own formulas.

Choose the rules with your players

Partnership dominoes has regional and household variations. A score sheet cannot decide which bonus or blocked-game calculation applies to your table. Write those choices above the ledger, and keep any exceptional ruling in the note for that hand. This resource is a score sheet for real dominoes, not a playable online game.
