This notice describes the currently inspected candidate for Lensmark: Lens Date Reminder. It is designed as a local-first app: Kovi Apps does not operate a user-account or app-data server for this app, does not receive the records you enter in ordinary use, and the inspected candidate contains no advertising or third-party analytics SDK.

Information stored on your device

The app may store the following information in its private app container:

• Lens and source dates
• Eye side and optional profile name
• Notes, observations, and revisions
• Local notification identifiers

This information is controlled through the app and your device. It is not transmitted to Kovi Apps in ordinary use.

Permissions and Apple services

• Lensmark requests permission for alerts and sounds only when you choose to allow local reminders. It does not request or set app-icon badges. iOS settings control presentation and sound; the app cannot guarantee delivery.

Apple may process information needed to provide local notifications and App Store delivery under your Apple settings and Apple’s own privacy terms. Lensmark excludes its current record store and local recovery copies from device backups.

Exports, sharing, and external links

The currently inspected candidate does not include user-facing import, export, or sync.

• No backend, account, network client, analytics, advertising, StoreKit, or cloud sync is used. Optional case and safety packs remain disabled in the current App Store configuration.

When you leave the app or share a file, the destination service and recipient control their copy under their own terms.

Retention and deletion

Your records and local recovery copies stay on this iPhone and are excluded from device backups. Lensmark has no backup, sync or export, so it does not provide a way to transfer these records to a new iPhone. Delete this lens set removes its dates, drafts and history; Delete all local data also removes the profile. The app also removes its reminder requests. If cleanup reports a problem, reopen Lensmark and retry. Removing the app removes its local records.

Because there is no Kovi Apps account for this app, there is no server-side app account to delete.

Support messages

If you email support, Kovi Apps, operated by Danila Pryadko receives the email address, message, and attachments you intentionally send. We use that information to answer and investigate your request, protect the support channel from abuse, and meet applicable legal obligations. We retain it only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes.

This notice may be updated when the app’s verified data practices change. The effective date above identifies the current public version.
