This notice describes the currently inspected candidate for Cribbage Board: Peg & Score. It is designed as a local-first app: Kovi Apps does not operate a user-account or app-data server for this app, does not receive the records you enter in ordinary use, and the inspected candidate contains no advertising or third-party analytics SDK.

Information stored on your device

The app may store the following information in its private app container:

• Player names
• Scores and game ledger
• Game history
• Recovery records and preferences
• In version 1.1.0 candidates: Club player names, session titles, recorded result snapshots, dates, drafts, and recovery copies
• Starting with version 1.0.1: limited completed-game references and request timing used only to limit optional rating requests

This information is controlled through the app and your device. It is not transmitted to Kovi Apps in ordinary use.

Permissions and Apple services

• The app does not request camera, microphone, contacts, location, or notification-alert permission.
• Optional Club continuity in version 1.1.0 candidates uses your Apple iCloud account and silent CloudKit notifications after you choose to connect.

Apple handles optional purchases, subscriptions, and offer-code redemption, and supplies the verified purchase status used by the app. Monthly and Annual renew until cancelled through your App Store settings; Lifetime is a one-time purchase. The app does not receive your payment-card details or Apple Account password. Opted-in private iCloud continuity uses Apple’s service and your existing storage quota; it does not add iCloud storage. Apple’s privacy terms and your Apple settings also govern delivery, system ratings, and device backups.

Exports, sharing, and external links

You may export a JSON copy using Apple’s system sharing interfaces. The app does not automatically send it to Kovi Apps; we receive one only if you intentionally attach it to a support message.

• There is no Kovi Apps login, app-data server, advertising, or analytics service. A rules link may open the American Cribbage Congress website.
• Version 1.0.x has no in-app purchases or app cloud sync. Version 1.1.0 candidates add optional Club Pro purchases handled by Apple and private iCloud continuity. These capabilities apply only when present and enabled in your installed version.
• Club continuity is off until you explicitly connect. It uploads only Club player and session records to your Apple account’s private iCloud database, using your existing quota. The gameplay ledger stays local. Kovi Apps cannot view your private CloudKit records.
• Starting with version 1.0.1, the app may ask Apple to show its optional system rating dialog. Apple controls whether it appears and handles any rating or review you choose to submit under its own privacy terms. The app does not learn whether you rated it or what rating you chose.

When you leave the app or share a file, the destination service and recipient control their copy under their own terms.

Retention and deletion

Delete games or history in the app, use the available gameplay reset control, or remove the app. Gameplay reset does not remove the separate Club library. Owned Club records remain readable, recoverable, exportable, and deletable without Pro. Disconnecting Club continuity preserves local records and the existing cloud copy; confirmed cloud-copy deletion is a separate action that preserves local records. Removing the app does not erase cloud copies, exported files, or Apple-managed backups. Starting with version 1.0.1, deleting gameplay history retains limited rating-request bookkeeping to avoid repeated prompts; removing the app removes that local record.

Because there is no Kovi Apps account for this app, there is no server-side app account to delete.

Support messages

If you email support, Kovi Apps, operated by Danila Pryadko receives the email address, message, and attachments you intentionally send. We use that information to answer and investigate your request, protect the support channel from abuse, and meet applicable legal obligations. We retain it only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes.

Changes and contact

This notice may be updated when the app’s verified data practices change. The effective date above identifies the current public version.
