Tell us what happened.
Email hello@koviapps.com with the app name, version, iOS version, device model, steps you took, expected result, and actual result. Attach a screenshot only if it does not expose information you do not want to share.
Before contacting support
- Finish or cancel any visible recovery prompt before repeating the action.
- Check that your device has available storage and that the relevant iOS permission is enabled.
- Close and reopen the app. Avoid deleting it until you have preserved any records you need and confirmed any available export.
App-specific guidance
- Check the device media volume and Silent Mode behavior if spoken calls cannot be heard.
- The app calls balls; players and the game organizer remain responsible for cards, prizes, and validation.
Your data
Delete individual games or local history, or remove the app. A corrupt-store recovery screen may separately offer a destructive reset. Delete any recovery files you exported separately.
There is no Kovi Apps login or server-side app account. See the privacy policy for storage, permission, and sharing boundaries.

This is a local entertainment caller. It does not sell tickets, handle stakes or prizes, validate a winner, or provide remote play.
